Michael qualified in 1968 as a Solicitor and joined a then small firm in the City of London, now known as Berwin Leighton Paisner as a tax and trust assistant to the Senior Partner, Stanley Berwin. In the same year Michael was elected Chairman of the World Union of Jewish Students (WUJS). When Stanley Berwin retired, at the end of 1969, from his firm to join Rothschild Bank (London) as a Director and the firm merged with Lionel Leighton, on being offered a partnership in the merged firm, Michael decided to leave and join two old friends, David Teacher and Stuart Stern, to form their own firm in London, known now as TSS Law. Having made “ALIYA” in 1980 (and after re-qualifying as an Israeli Advocate with Mike Firon) , Michael helped form Shine Hunter Martin Law firm. In 2003 Michael established his own firm specializing in international tax advice and structuring and general commercial/real estate work known as Michael Hunter & Partners

Uzi Pinchasi

Uzi specializes in private client matters ranging from multi-national family asset protection, trust law and transfer techniques, estates administration and inheritance matters, local and international taxation (including tax rulings and voluntary disclosures) to wealth management. Uzi also specializes in local and international real estate transactions (both commercial and residential), including combination transactions, sale and purchase transactions and leasing transactions. He is involved in every stage of the process from the negotiation and signing of contracts through the planning, construction occupancy of the relevant property. In addition, Uzi regularly represents entrepreneurs from the stage of the development and marketing of a project for commercial use and/or office space and/or residential units, handling all of the legal aspects relating to the project, commencing with the acquisition of rights in the land through the completion of all registration requirements. This also involves advising with respect to planning, construction, sale and purchase, financing and planning procedures with the various planning authorities. Uzi also has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, private equity and related corporate matters. Uzi is also experienced in technology transactions, including licensing, OEM agreements, distribution and marketing, and other commercial matters. Uzi often lectures to institutions (banks, accountants etc.) around the world regarding tax and trust issues

Ziv Pinchasi

Ziv’s practice focuses on all aspects of real estate transactions, including residential and commercial projects, the purchase of sites for offices, residential and commercial purposes, the purchase and sale of income generating real estate assets, purchase groups, Urban Renewal Projects such as “Pinuy – Binuy,” and National Outline Plan 38 (“Tama 38”) with its amendments, and financing and mezzanine transactions for real estate projects. Ziv represents real estate companies and entrepreneurs in complex transactions in Israel, as well as foreign investors in their local activities. Ziv has a special expertise in large-scale real estate transactions, including real estate entrepreneurship, complex financing, investments and purchase groups for residential and commercial projects. As such, Ziv advises on all aspects of initiating and establishing residential and commercial projects, including planning the outline of the acquisition; financing the acquisition and establishing the project; and managing negotiations and finalizing agreements with contractors, service providers and financial institutions. In addition, Ziv has considerable expertise on various corporate and commercial matters, such as mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, private equity, corporate financing transactions as well as general corporate matters. Eric Wachstok

Eric’s practice focuses on corporate, commercial, private equity, hi-tech, trusts and estates. Eric regularly represents investors and companies in connection with transactions such as acquisitions, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, establishment of limited partnerships and international real estate syndications. In addition, Eric regularly negotiates commercial agreements ranging from distribution, licensing and OEM agreements to financing agreements on behalf of corporate clients, advises corporate clients with respect to all of their day to day activities and regularly attends clients’ board meetings, advising in connection with corporate governance matters. Eric also regularly advises foreign and Israeli based clients with respect to their estate, tax planning and wealth management needs, including voluntary disclosures in Israel and abroad. Prior to joining our firm Eric was first an articled clerk and then an associate at Yigal Arnon & Co. from 1998 through 2005, where his practice focused on corporate, commercial and securities work

Mordechay Vaknin

Mordechay is a legal professional who holds the position of head of the litigation department. With his extensive experience, Mordechay specializes in representing clients in various courts. Tomer focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financing and commercial law. Among other things, Tomer accompanies and leads complex transactions such as the sale of control in public and private companies, the sale/purchase of activities of various companies. In addition, Tomer accompanies and leads capital raising rounds of high-tech companies, real estate funds and private companies. Tomer has special expertise in transactions for receiving/providing financing from financial entities (including real estate funds) and consulting regarding collateral for the transaction. As part of his role, Tomer specializes in the establishment of companies and real estate funds and ongoing corporate support. Thus, Tomer advises and accompanies joint ventures (JVA) in Israel and abroad in the field of real estate and the Internet.
In the high-tech practice of the office, Tomer specializes in establishing and creating a set of Licensing agreements and related agreements. Yoni provides legal advice on various issues from the fields of real estate law, corporate law, contract law, liability and security law and even engages in litigation in all legal courts, in arbitration and mediation procedures
Beyond that, Yoni accompanies commercial transactions and business collaborations, deals with managing negotiations, providing ongoing legal advice to companies and entrepreneurs and draws up a variety of agreements related to commercial law and corporate law.
